The 8th grade Lady Rebels overcame poor free throw shooting, 25 turnovers, and so many offensive rebounds given up the statistician lost count, to defeat a good Eastern Hancock team 20-16.

A very solid and smothering defense held the Lady Royals to only 5 second half points.

Leading the way for the Lady Rebels was Alexis Shumaker with 11 points. Tarissa Watson had 3 points and Mia Saylor, Jordan Black and Brianna Halcomb added 2 points each.

The Lady Rebels return to action Thursday December 17th vs. Blue River Valley.
