All Athletic FinalForms must be completed along with a new physical being turned into the High School office before an athlete can attend their practices or workouts beginning July 31st. All forms can be found online on our website https://gorsrebels.com/ Registration will take place on FinalForms. All athletes have to be registered by their parents and forms filled out before participating in practices for the fall sports season.
